All Eraytouch products are manufactured to stringent quality and safety standards and come with a 2-year warranty from commercial invoice date.
This warranty does not apply if:
the product is physically damaged;
the product case has been opened, modified, or adjusted;
the serial numbers have been removed or obliterated;
the condition is the result of accident, neglect, contact with water or other liquids, or use that is not normal or customary.
The fine print:
We will repair or replace (at our option) your product if it is defective within the warranty period, beginning on the commercial invoice date. The consumer will be responsible only for the cost of shipping the defective unit to our company or service center.
Exclusions from this warranty:
This warranty does not cover the damage that occurs during shipping, improper use or maintenance, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover damage due to accident, misuse, or neglect.
This warranty is void if the unit case has been opened or tampered with in any way.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and your rights may vary from state to state.
This warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer.
